Privacy policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to give us — when you write to us, message us, or (once online orders open) buy from us.
  • We use it to reply to you and to deliver your order. Nothing else.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • This website uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.

Who we are

Bettr Ritual is a brand of Nakson Global, 503, Rishabraj Chambers, Daulat Nagar, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, India. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Nakson Global. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

When you contact us

WhatWhy
Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic, an order number (optional) and your message — from the form on our Contact page To read and answer your message. It is stored on our server so we can keep track of it, and our reply is emailed to the address you give. The reply includes two buttons asking whether it solved your question, and we record which one you press. An AI service reads your message to sort it by topic and suggest a reply, which may be checked by a person before it is sent.
Whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone, along with your email address or phone number To reply, and to help with your question, order or wholesale enquiry.
An order ID, if you send it to us from the Track your order page To look up your order and tell you where it is.

When you buy from us

Online orders are not open yet. When they are, we will collect the following, and this section will be updated before then if anything changes.

WhatWhy
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address To deliver your order, send you order and delivery updates, and contact you about the order.
What you ordered, the amount, the payment method and its confirmation To process the order, handle returns or refunds, and keep the records Indian tax law requires.

Payments will be handled by a licensed payment provider. Your card, UPI or bank details go to them directly; we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through.

Kept only in your own browser

Some features remember things on your device so they work between visits. This stays in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us and we cannot see it.

WhatWhy
Your cart and saved itemsSo they are still there when you come back.
Your answers to the sugar quiz and the resultTo show you your own numbers on later visits. "Forget my number" on the home page removes it.
Your 30-day ritual trackerSo your progress is kept.
Your recent searches, if you use the site searchTo show them again in the search box.
A random visit ID, cleared when you close the tabTo group the pages of one visit. It does not identify you and is not sent anywhere.

You can remove all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Automatically, when you visit

Like every website, ours runs on a server — our hosting provider, Hostinger — that keeps standard technical logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These are used to keep the site secure and running, not to identify you.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's own privacy policy applies to that.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. It has no analytics service, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. If we ever add any, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

On what basis we use your data

When you contact us, you give us your details so we can reply — that is your consent, for that purpose only. When you place an order, we use your details because they are needed to fulfil it, and we keep certain records because Indian law requires us to. We do not use your data for any purpose you have not been told about here.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to do the job, and only what they need:

  • Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which runs this website.
  • Our email provider, through which your emails to us are received and our replies are sent.
  • Anthropic, the AI provider that reads messages sent through our Contact page, to sort them and suggest a reply. It processes them on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
  • Courier and delivery partners, once online orders open — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel.
  • The payment provider, once online orders open — to process your payment.
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities, only when the law requires us to.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else for their own marketing.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, it is done in line with Indian law.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it. Messages are kept while we are dealing with your question and for a reasonable time after, in case you write back. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete your data — and we will also delete it earlier if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

This website is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only the people who need your details to answer you or deliver your order can see them. If a breach ever affected your personal data, we would tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it, and get a summary of it.
  • Correct, complete or update it if it is wrong or out of date.
  • Erase it, where we no longer need it or are not required by law to keep it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
  • Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied with our answer, to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these, email neel@bettrritual.com with what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on it.

Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
